I am passionate about technology's potential to improve the way people live and work and I thrive when working on innovative customer-centric solutions. I hold an MBA from IESE Business School and have completed several programs on customer experience, growth and innovation from Reforge and Harvard Business School amongst others. Being originally trained as an architect has given me a unique focus and perspective on human-centered design and design thinking.
